This young cheddar is aged 3 months and blended with Welsh ale and wholegrain mustard seeds which provide a tangy bite without becoming overpowering. Great with any meats, but sublime on a burger or sandwich. Enjoy with a full-bodied wine like Zinfandel or Shiraz. 

Harlech

This young cheddar is named after Harlech Castle in Northern Wales. The creamy paste is infused with horseradish and parsley to impart an herbaceous and slightly tangy flavor. Pair with a dark red wine or use in mashed potatoes for a zesty bite.
