4 Year Cheddar

The youngest of the Quebec cheddars, 4 year still has quite a few tyrosine crystals to lend a mildly sharp tang. This creamy cheddar pairs well with apples, sweet jam or some sea salt crackers. Versatile in cooking and a great melter, this cheese is delicious on burgers or grated over eggs.

7 Year Cheddar

Our most popular Quebec cheddar, 7 year is the perfect medium between the 10 and 4 year aged cheddars. Not overwhelmingly sharp but still tangy and delicious. This is the perfect cheddar for a cheese board, especially when enjoyed with walnuts and pears.

10 Year Cheddar

The oldest cheese we have in the shop, 10 year aged cheddar hails from Old Quebec, a creamery that specializes in aging cheddars to perfection. Riddled with tyrosine crystals, this cheddar is super sharp, tangy and creamy. Drizzle with honey and red wines.
